Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid via bank tranfer and you need to change or cancel it, you should get in touch with us within 12 hours of your order placement or when you receive confirmation call from us. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Childrensbooks.pk doesn’t have a refund policy. We do offer exchange incase there is a defect in the product. Please do make sure that you let us know within 48 hours of receiving the order is case of any defects so we can make an arrangement for exchange.
No complaints will be entertained after 48 hours of delivery.
